We adapted the hotel brand into a residents-only identity with its own palette, type system, and voice. The work covered the full sales program and the website. Layouts are precise, language is direct, and full-bleed imagery does the heavy lifting.



The task was to translate EDITION’s hotel identity into a residential offer for Tampa
We set a clear look for plans and amenities, defined simple rules so materials scale to every unit, and kept the voice welcoming rather than insider. The website mirrors the print system to move buyers smoothly from a render to a floor plan to an inquiry.

The result was a cohesive residential identity and a production-ready system used across print, digital, the sales center, and the site. The sales team could generate unit materials quickly, keep campaigns and on-site graphics aligned, and direct buyers to a clean site for plans, amenities, and inquiries.
