Cassis opened in a new development, but the brand needed the weight of a long-standing brasserie. We built the identity from classic bistro references and the restaurant’s French point of view, tuned for a Midwestern dining audience. The result is a durable system for an all-day, high-volume room, carried consistently across menus and collateral.

Candlelit, warm, and a steady buzz
The interiors set the tone: low light, vintage fixtures, mosaic floors, leather seating. The brand materials were designed to sit comfortably in that room. Paper stocks are tactile and uncoated. The typography is restrained. Everything was designed to complement the room, not compete with it.
